Boris ist gebürtiger Berliner und schon als sechsjähriger lebte er seine Kreativität in Sachen Musik aus. Von dem zehnten bis zum zwanzigsten Lebensjahr durchlief er konstant Ausbildungen diverser Instrumente, wie: Akustische Gitarre & Percussions.

1995 entdeckte er seine Leidenschaft zur elektronischen Musik. Es wurden Turntables, Mischpult und Vinyls besorgt und an Promo Takes gearbeitet. Schon bald legte er regelmäßig auf privaten Events auf und etablierte sich letztendlich in bekannten Szene Clubs. s. Referenzen

Mittlerweile widmet sich der * Mann im Ohr * voll und ganz der Musik. Neben seinem Studium zur Musikproduktion, zählt zu seinen Tätigkeitsfeld 'Veranstaltungsorganisation', 'dejaiing' und 'soundproducing' für unterschiedliche Bereiche, wie: Medien, Bands und Events.

Darüber hinaus betreibt Boris ein Techno Label Namens Tonaroma Records.

Tonaroma ist ein Techno-Minimal-Ambient Projekt, das auf einen modernen, minimalistischen Sound mit einer bestimmten, speziellen Ästhetik ausgerichtet ist. Tonaroma wird von "koelnelektro" präsentiert ein Kölner Elektronik-Musiklabel mit einem breiteren Musikspektrum und teilweise auch über das koelnelektro Label vertrieben.

Köln ist eine Stadt mit einer langen Tradition der elektronischen Musikkomposition und tonaroma möchte einen weiteren Beitrag hinzufügen und neue Artists und Sounds releasen.

Das Projekt wurde gegründet von Heiner Kruse auch ein Drum & Bass Labelbetreiber und Musiker und Boris de Schreisalz ein Minimal-Techno orientierter DJ und Producer. Tonaroma sieht seine Künstler als natürliche Geschmacksverstärker mit dem Techno-Sound von morgen.

Das auf Minimal- und Ambient Sound spezialisierte Label Tonaroma
stellt nach 8 EP Releases das erste Labelalbum vor.

Diese LP stellt News und einige der besten Werke mit einem Schwerpunkt auf musikalischen Tracks und dubbigem Sound zusammen.
Natürlich sind auch Techno Tracks vertreten -
und es gibt zwischendurch überraschende Popsongs.
Auf der Artistnamenliste finden sich neben Coma und the green man auch neue Talente wie Junghansz, Johann Lukas und Boris de Schreisalz!




Schreisalz is Berlin-born and has already lived out his musical creativity as a six year old.

Ranging from his tenth to twentieth year of life he ran through continuous education for diverse instruments, including acoustic guitar & percussion.

Schreisalz discovered his passion for electronic music in 1995, where it didn't take long until he decided to pick up his first turntables, mixer and a bunch of vinyls.

Soon enough he was spinning on private events and established his name in well-known scene clubs see list for reference.

By now, Boris de Schreisalz dedicates his life for music to the full extent. Alongside his studies in music production, his field of activity also includes "event organization", "DJing" and "sound production" for varying domains, such as: media, bands and events.

Also he has a Label named Tonaroma!

Tonaroma from Köln / Cologne / Germany is a project aiming to release special and tasteful electronic music, from minimal techno to ambient electronic music, including also more dancefloor orientated DJ-music with a certain sound treatment attitude.

Tonaroma is presented by koelnelektro a cologne electronic music label with a wider music spectrum and partly distributed under the koelnelektro label.

Cologne is a city with a very deep history of making electronic music and tonaroma aims to contribute another flavor to this by discovering new artists or releasing new styles.

Now, after 8 Ep releases he brings the first Tonaroma Album
